Microspotting

Like the paparazzi, but for geeks!

Microspotting 2.0!

Ooh, this is exciting: Microspotting has relaunched at its new home, MICROSPOTTING.COM! Please be sure to update your RSS feeds.

And for relaunch, I finally tracked down That Goth Girl that everyone always sees around campus. Her name is Jillian Venters, and you're gonna love her!
My job is sort of awesome

Dare Obasanjo on "Why I Love Working at Microsoft"

Dare Obasanjo just wrote a great post about his job:
Thousands of Microsoft employees share their ideas with their coworkers, competitors and customers via blogs on a daily basis. Lots of companies would clamp down on that sort of behavior and ensure that only sanctioned company positions go out in employee communications but not Microsoft.

I love this video from Loneserver.com. "What ever happened to him?" "Windows ME? He's in the back, washin' dishes."

Megan Wallent is back at work!

meganwallentMegan Wallent (formerly known as Michael Wallent, General Manager with IE) is back on the job this week.

It's been absolutely fascinating to read about her transition on her blog ... and it sounds like things are going smoothly now that she's back in the office!

Hey. I'm Ariel and Microspotting has moved to its new home at microspotting.com. See you there!

Damn right.

Rockin the EmpireOh, so much hate for the Empire out there. But here's the deal: I'm a permanent part time MSFT employee. I work three days a week and get full benefits. I have smartypants coworkers. I get to think about cool stuff like how people use social media to make important decisions. I get to ride a special private bus to work. All these things make me happy. NOT SO EVIL AFTER ALL, HMMM?

Psst: Softies, you can get one of these badges for yourself at //spreadthelove
